They are seeking a motivated and analytical Senior Accountant/Data Analyst to maintain financial accuracy and transform data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities
Prepare and record journal entries
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
Perform monthly and quarterly bank reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close
Prepare financial statements and internal reports
Support annual audit and tax preparation
Participate in budgeting and forecasting
Assist with AP/AR as needed
Collect and source data from internal systems and external platforms
Clean, validate, and prepare large datasets
Perform statistical analysis and identify trends and patterns
Build dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI
Write SQL queries and utilize Python (or similar) for data analysis
Develop executive-level reports and presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally to support data-driven decision-making
Maintain database accuracy and reporting integrity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficiency in SQL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening in accordance with law
Preferred
Internship or 1–3 years of relevant accounting or data experience
Experience with Python, R, or similar tools
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Experience with Sage Intacct
Exposure to ASC 842
CPA or CMA designation (or progress toward certification)
