Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features and platform enhancements across our cloud infrastructure and web applications
Own the full software development lifecycle from technical design through production deployment and monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, and clinical operations to deliver high-quality user experiences for healthcare practitioners
Support all layers of our platform, from database design to backend services (Java, Python, Groovy) to frontend applications (React, TypeScript)
Lead technical design discussions, bringing data-driven analysis and expertise to inform architectural decisions
Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and services to maximize development efficiency and platform capabilities
Champion quality and testing best practices by writing comprehensive test coverage and maintaining high code standards
Mentor and support junior engineers on your team, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in software development lifecycle
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Strong backend development experience using Java, Python, or Groovy
Demonstrated experience building web applications with React and JavaScript
Proficiency with modern software development practices including version control (Git), unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with product and design teams
Proven ability to own product development end-to-end with excellent design and development standards
Thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working on collaborative agile teams
