Responsibilities
Assist in set/show preparation
Manage studio items
Ensure equipment is organized and ready for use
Maintain quality control during shoots
Coordinate with team members to meet production deadlines
Provide desk support for the producing team in office on end-to-end podcast/video release solutions
Work productively with producers and the studio team to ensure efficient coordination of tasks, research and technology
Provide support including meetings and planning, managing of analytics, scheduling, phone/mail/email, office support, out-of-office runs, other business-related duties, while handling confidential information
Seek out information and problem solve within the organization
Assist with short and long-term projects, on-set production assistance, and in the publication of podcast episodes, social media, and other projects
Actively work with the studio team to organize studio workspaces and prepare for recordings
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Production Assistance and the ability to support set preparation and organization
Experience in Quality Control to ensure seamless and high-quality production
Ability to provide excellent communication with team members
Basic computer skills for producer assistant tasks
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a Teamwork-oriented environment
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced production setting
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in media, film, communications, or a related field
Preferred
Interest in media, production, or entertainment industries is a plus
