IT Support Technician (Vegas)
InfraTech Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in a professional office environment. This entry-level position offers strong long-term growth potential within a structured IT organization, focusing on desktop support, troubleshooting, and user administration.

Responsibilities
Provide onsite desktop support for end users (hardware, software, peripherals)
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating systems
Support Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
Perform basic Active Directory user administration (password resets, account setups)
Configure, deploy, and image laptops and desktops
Support printers, conference room technology, and basic connectivity issues
Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
Document tickets and resolutions in ticketing system
Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or system administrators
Qualification
Required
1+ year of professional IT support experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience supporting users in a Windows-based corporate environment
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
Ability to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday
Strong troubleshooting skills and eagerness to grow
Preferred
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Experience supporting conference room AV systems
CompTIA A+ or similar certification
