Supply Chain Training Manager
US Foods is committed to continuous growth and development, and they are seeking a Supply Chain Training Manager to oversee onboarding and training for new hires. This role focuses on improving safety, performance standards, and retention through effective training solutions and mentorship programs within Supply Chain operations.

Responsibilities
Overseeing the entirety of Supply Chain onboarding and training (classroom, on-the-job, train the trainer, etc.) with emphasis on new-hire’s (Selectors & Drivers) first 90-days
Contributing to the continuous improvement of safety, performance standards, ongoing engagement, and retention for new Selectors and Drivers through the implementation of learning and performance solutions (feedback, coaching, mentorship programs) within Supply Chain operations
Mentoring lead trainers & new hires during a multi-week training program and is responsible for assimilating, onboarding, and assessing new talent
Leading, supervising, and conducting employee training needs analysis and identifying opportunities to improve Supply Chain safety, productivity, and retention using observations, data & analytics, and feedback
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years training/facilitation experience is required, preferably in a Supply Chain and/or Warehouse environment
Minimum of one year experience overseeing a workforce is required
High School diploma or equivalent required, college degree strongly preferred
Preferred
Prior experience and/or leadership/direct supervision in a Supply Chain/Warehouse environment is preferred
PIT experience preferred, not required
Strong facilitation, leadership, communication, engagement, and development skills
Ability to compile and interpret operational metrics
Broad knowledge of warehouse operations, methods, and procedures
Strong computer skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Word & Excel (Access preferred)
Familiarity with inventory control, OSHA, HAACP and other regulatory requirements is preferred
Ability to frequently lift from 10 - 100 lbs
