Responsibilities
Manage and optimize large vendor partnerships, coordinating with various operational counterparts
Lead cross-functional projects by facilitating effective collaboration among sourcing, finance, product management, engineering, and operations teams
Ensure timely attendance in meetings and deliver accountable work within set timelines
Design and implement processes to enhance cross-team collaboration and support multiple project executions
Conduct qualitative and quantitative reporting to stakeholders, providing valuable insights and updates
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Strong familiarity with Identity, Safety, and Fraud Management methodologies
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders without direct authority
6-8 years of experience as a Partnerships/Vendor and/or Program Manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the Technology or Product & Engineering domain
Proven track record in leading medium to large cross-functional projects and managing challenging stakeholder relationships
Experience in contract negotiations, performance management with partners or vendors, and a good understanding of Trust, Privacy, Safety, Identity, or Fraud domains
