Responsibilities

Own and execute daily IT operations across all brands

Ensure stability and performance of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoints (including Intune), Cisco Meraki networking, and core applications

Serve as primary operational owner of Microsoft 365

Oversee endpoint lifecycle management

Enforce security best practices across identity, endpoint, and network layers

Partner with Integrations, Marketing, and Call Center technology teams

Manage MSPs and technology vendors

Execute hands-on IT integration during M&A

Provide on-site IT leadership and escalation support for the Branch Service Center

Qualification

Required

7+ years of hands-on IT operations experience

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 as an operational platform

Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and endpoint management

Experience supporting M&A integrations

Comfortable in a hands-on, operational role

Preferred

Experience in multi-brand or PE-backed environments

Familiarity with call center and frontline workforce technology

Strong documentation and process-building skills
