The role involves developing plans for factory performance optimization, driving accountability for project milestones, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Developing “the plan” with regards to optimizing factory and product line performance, including but not limited to performance optimization, capacity expansion, new line ramp into full production, etc
Driving accountability regarding project & program milestones, key initiatives, and project success criteria
Coordinating with variety of cross-functional stakeholders to track execution of projects: production operations, engineering functions, finance & accounting, material & production planning, design teams, etc
Distilling many inputs into few: delivering world-class decision support for senior leaders and executives
Membership in an integrated Industrial Engineering & TPM work unit supporting a product or program (examples: drive unit, energy products, etc.)
Qualification
Required
4+ years of manufacturing experience in a mix of engineering and project management fields
1+ years of people leadership experience
Exemplary project management, people, organizational, and escalation skills
Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
Track record of excellence in current and prior roles, demonstrable with metrics or KPIs
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation, summarization, etc
Able to work under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines
