Responsibilities

Use Excel, SQL, and data tools to build forecasting and planning models that inform inventory, production, and capacity decisions
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, from supplier ordering and inbound logistics to production readiness, inventory flow, and fulfillment execution
Optimize shipments, volumes, routing, and timelines to maintain service levels while minimizing cost and waste
Build and maintain performance monitoring across inventory accuracy, forecasts vs. actuals, and 3PL performance
Troubleshoot supply, warehousing, fulfillment, or delivery bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements
Support business needs across e-commerce platforms and integrations, particularly Shopify, including apps, flows, data syncs, and any order-to-fulfillment triggers
Troubleshoot and resolve technical operational issues affecting order flow, fulfillment, invoicing, and customer experience (e.g., why orders are stuck in hold status, label printing failures, mismatches between Shopify and OMS/WMS)
Evaluate, configure, and maintain operational, routing, forecasting, inventory allocation, and analytics tools connected to Shopify and backend systems
Build automated processes and reports that eliminate manual workflows and increase visibility into e-commerce operations
Collaborate with developers, 3rd-party partners, and internal stakeholders when deeper system changes are needed
Maintain ownership of internal operational workflows, system health, and documentation across tech tools, stores, and data pipelines
Partner closely with Product, Finance, Customer Experience, and Commercial teams to translate business planning assumptions into operational reality
Serve as a subject-matter expert on both supply chain performance and e-commerce platform health, constraints, and opportunities
Support strategic projects like new product launches, channel expansion, 3PL onboarding, and system enhancements

Required

7+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, e-commerce operations, or related analytical roles at a Shopify Plus merchant, DTC/CPG brand, or complex e-commerce environment
Proven track record owning supply chain operations and driving measurable improvements
Advanced technical proficiency with a strong command of Shopify, connected apps, integrations, and how they influence order flow, inventory sync, fulfillment routing, and customer experience
Advanced Excel skills - modeling, scenario planning, pivots, complex formulas
Experience owning end-to-end tech stacks - from implementation and configuration to optimization and troubleshooting
Demonstrated ability to create frameworks, models, and strategic reporting that drive decisions
Exceptional problem-solving skills - able to dive into both business and technical issues with curiosity and precision
Strong communicator who can translate complex data and system behavior into clear recommendations

Preferred

Experience with demand planning / S&OP tools and best practices
Direct experience managing integrations between Shopify and fulfillment, analytics, or OMS/WMS systems
Familiarity with advanced automation tooling, APIs, and middleware (e.g., Zapier, Make/Workato, custom scripts)
Strong SQL skills for pulling, transforming, and analyzing operational data
