Supporting recruiting efforts across a range of hands-on technical roles, including warehouse, operations, and select administrative positions
Building relationships with hiring managers to bring strong talent into the organization
Screening resumes and interviewing candidates
Managing multiple job postings and shifting hiring priorities
Committed to ethical recruiting practices and confidentiality
Working autonomously and collaboratively
Maintaining excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of recruiting experience supporting hands-on technical roles such as manufacturing, construction, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, warehouse, distribution, or similar fields
Experience screening resumes and interviewing candidates
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple job postings and shifting hiring priorities
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; self-motivated
Committed to ethical recruiting practices and confidentiality
Proven reliability and dependability
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
