Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Server (AD, DNS, RDS, IIS), Hyper-V, and DeltaV Virtual Studio environments
Configure and troubleshoot DeltaV DCS/SIS hardware and software systems
Design, install, and document control system, network, and server infrastructure
Perform system upgrades, patching, and preventative maintenance
Lead or support FAT/SAT testing, field cabinet testing, and commissioning
Provide on-site and remote customer support and troubleshooting
Respond to service requests, create service tickets, document troubleshooting/resolutions
Participate in emergency on-call rotation
Collaborate with project teams on system integration and infrastructure setup
Qualification
Required
AS/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or IT-related field
0–5 yr (technician) 5-10+ yr (administrator) experience in IT/OT or control/automation systems
Proficiency with networking, Virtualization, Windows administration, and control systems (DeltaV Strongly Preferred)
Familiarity with Cisco/Emerson switches, Dell hardware, and industrial protocols (OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, etc.)
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to travel extensively (locally) and lift up to 60 lbs
Preferred
Experience with firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet), wireless protocols, or historian integration
Control system programming, system integration, and industrial communication
Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, MES, and data historians (e.g., OSI PI, IP.21, DataParc)
