Responsibilities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Operations, to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
Lead the design and development of scalable customizations within HubSpot, including configuration of CPQ tools, custom properties, workflows, calculated fields, and pipeline automation
Build and optimize workflows, integrations, and dashboards that align with evolving business processes
Configure and extend NetSuite and Scoro for finance, resource planning, and project management use cases
Utilize both declarative tools and custom development (e.g., APIs, scripts, or third-party connectors) to implement enhancements
Ensure system governance and consistent documentation for all configuration and development efforts
Design and maintain integrations between HubSpot, NetSuite, Scoro, and other internal platforms using middleware tools or native APIs
Oversee data migration, synchronization, and cleansing initiatives to ensure data quality and system reliability
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define data models and support data-driven reporting and automation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience customizing and managing HubSpot & NetSuite and their advanced automation features (Salesforce experience accepted)
Working knowledge of CPQ and Scoro, particularly in areas related to finance, operations, or project management
Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, and tools such as Celigo
Strong understanding of business processes across sales, finance, and operations
Ability to analyze, design, and implement scalable business solutions
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with an ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
