Voice Network Engineer
People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Lead NSC/Voice Technician to oversee NSC operations and act as the primary point of contact for NSC-related orders. The role involves coordinating with Government leads, ensuring compliance with Air Force policies, and supporting network infrastructure and voice/video systems.
Responsibilities
Provide oversight for NSC operations and act as the primary point of contact for NSC-related orders
Coordinate with Government leads to synchronize activities and resolve technical challenges
Deliver weekly NSC ticket and status reports to the CSO and COR
Ensure the NSC’s adherence to Air Force policies, regulatory compliance, and operational security standards
Support and maintain network backbone infrastructure, routing and switching devices, and ensure continuous availability and high performance across all CCSD-occupied buildings
Ensure compliance with industry/regulatory standards (e.g., TIA, ITIL, BICSI, NEC, ISO 9000), and Air Force and DoD security requirements
Provide asset management of networking equipment and support for networked systems across various security levels (NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANet, Tier1 networks)
Support voice/video systems, including VoIP and VTC operations, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for successful implementation
Qualification
Required
TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required
