Required

Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service or the financial industry is an advantage
