Responsibilities

Create and update program frameworks, timelines, and parallel plans to manage execution and milestones
Identify and manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and maintain a risk register
Provide clear, concise, and regular updates to leadership and stakeholders; facilitate cross-functional meetings and act as a liaison among teams
Produce and distribute regular progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, and next steps
Develop mechanisms to track and report metrics, standardize scalable processes for growth initiatives, and assess new product and marketing opportunities
Build and enhance documentation standards (Jira, wikis, Slack) to support effective execution
Collaborate with data science teams to interpret KPIs/OKRs and translate insights into actionable plans

Required

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8-10+ years of relevant program or project management experience
Strong organization and prioritization skills managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to reduce ambiguity, establish decision-making frameworks, and drive timely decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across organizational boundaries (persuasion, empathy, persistence, adaptability)
Experience creating or enhancing frameworks, standards, and processes using tools like Jira, wikis, and Slack
Ability to work with data, present context to multiple levels of the organization, and collaborate with data science teams

Preferred

Advanced degree in a related field
Working knowledge of AI tools and their application to automate tasks and optimize workflows
