Troubleshoot issues in a complex environment to develop sustaining fixes

Qualification
Required
HEAVY SCRIPTING AUTOMATION WITH PYTHON AND POWERSHELL
Windows Environment
Windows admin
Strong experience with Client Operating Systems (OS), OS imaging, OS deployment, and OS customization (Win10, Win 11, WinPE and Linux)
Strong experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, JSON, Perl, Shell, & YAML)
Solid working knowledge of computer hardware, BIOS and driver layers
Client and Enterprise-level, cross-functional troubleshooting
Experience in a technology manufacturing environment
Undergraduate degree and/or 8-10 years equivalent experience
Preferred
Strong familiarity scripting in Python preferred and some experience in python is required
Experience with imaging and deployment tools including SCCM, MDT and the Microsoft ADK tools a plus
Previous Dell manufacturing environment experience a plus
Technical certifications a plus (A+, Security+, OS Certifications, PCAP, Cloud, etc.)
