Manage day to day program activities(budget management, hiring, scheduling meetings, retention specialist, academic coaches etc.)
Implement a retention case-management system using the CRM(technology) which is targeted at at-risk population
Oversee supplemental instruction and assist with retention strategies. This will include creating alert catagories to assist with idenifiying students who need additional inclass support and employ mini lectures, study hass, on-time tutoring opportunities
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Sociology, Higher Education Administration, or Social Work
5 Years of work experience
Preferred
Experience in working with non-traditional students
Experience with first-year college student populations with the goal to help them overcome barriers that impact student success
