Responsibilities
Cut carbon and other composite materials using hand tools to high tolerance
Assist with bonding operations (abrade, clean, adhesive preparation)
Support hand lamination of carbon, glass, Kevlar, film adhesives, and core materials
Assist with vacuum bagging and cure cycle preparation
Monitor oven runs under supervision
Cure materials per manufacturer specifications
Maintain material handling compliance pursuant to AS9100
Read and follow work instructions and assembly prints
Maintain shop organization and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Required

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
Strong attention to detail
Ability to drill and lay out precision holes
Proficient with hand tools and power tools
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
