Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing an array of average to complex projects related to any of the following: seating capacity expansion, building construction, Cost Center readiness, and more
Perform as the primary liaison/facilitator and Project Manager for multiple projects, simultaneously
Coordinate with stakeholders to author and receive approval of requirements document
Communicate status of projects to leadership
Proactively identify and communicate risks
Expeditiously work issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations
Qualification
Required
Must have 5 years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree OR 3 years of relevant experience with master's degree OR 1 year of relevant experience with Ph.D
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Experience with Microsoft Office tool suite; Project, PowerPoint, Word, and/or Excel
Experience with developing PERT and Gantt charts
Experience integrating across multiple teams and functions
Experience with Share Point
Must have 8 years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree OR 6 years of relevant experience with master's degree OR 4 years of relevant experience with Ph.D
Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
