Responsibilities

Manages all aspects of the fund development database, including data entry and ensuring all information is input accurately
Creates gift batches using Import-o-Matic and manual methods
Imports and exports data to and from our databases, Raiser’s Edge, Classy, and Luminate Online, ensuring data accuracy
Maintains database integrity through cleanup activities such as duplicate management
Handles routine phone calls and emails
Generates accurate and timely donor acknowledgment letters
Generates monthly and weekly gift reports
Fills requests for information regarding financial contributions to the Foodbank

Required

Possess a valid California Driver's License and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle. Must be able to travel within Los Angeles County as required. Work assignments may include various facilities and hubs across Los Angeles County, including locations in Los Angeles and the City of Industry, CA. Flexibility to commute between Food Bank facilities as needed is essential

Preferred

A minimum of 3 years of experience in database management within a nonprofit environment
2-4 years of fundraising experience in nonprofit development
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VBA programming
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and SAP Crystal Reports
Moderate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
Experience with Raiser's Edge, Luminate Online, and/or Import-o-Matic
