Responsibilities

Define the IAM roadmap in accordance with security and business needs
Design and maintain enterprise-level IAM architectures
Lead projects related to authentication and identity governance
Develop enterprise security architecture standards beyond IAM
Drive the implementation of modern IAM capabilities like SSO and MFA
Oversee the integration of cloud and on-prem applications using relevant protocols
Establish IAM access policies and ensure compliance with regulations

Qualification

Required

5-7 years of experience in IAM architecture and information security
Strong practical knowledge of security principles and risk management
Expertise in protocols like SAML, OIDC, and OAuth
Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as Okta or Entra ID
Solid understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
Ability to lead initiatives and work with diverse teams
Familiarity with identity governance and lifecycle automation
