Responsibilities

Quickly adapting procedures based on new instructions and updates to ensure compliance and efficiency
Addressing client queries with accuracy and timeliness, providing relevant information based on established guidelines
Investigating and resolving financial mismatches, unconfirmed or missing trade bookings, non-receipts, payments, and interest claims that are payable or receivable
Conducting thorough investigations before requesting corrections or additional information to ensure data integrity
Communicating effectively with stakeholders via calls and emails to facilitate prompt and accurate resolutions
Engaging with Subject Matter Experts and team leads for issues requiring additional expertise or system support
Participating in scheduled training sessions, completing self-paced courses, and being receptive to feedback for continuous improvement
Maintaining professional communication standards to resolve issues and gather necessary information
Contributing to process improvement initiatives, testing new systems, and providing feedback for enhancements
Actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and collaborating on best practices to optimize workflows

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Effective reading comprehension, communication, and analytical abilities
Dedication to producing high-quality work and ability to handle complex tasks
Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
Proficiency with technology, including experience with multiple systems and dual monitors
Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines
Must possess a US Passport due to the nature of the work for a federal government client, as secondary client background screening is required
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
