Responsibilities
Coordinate, program, and administer our physical access control system, video management system, visitor management system, and other systems
Engage Integrator to respond to issues that require their assistance
Perform quarterly system testing and take steps to investigate and remedy any deficiencies or reported issues
Engage with IT on technical issues, version and/or firmware upgrades, and software packaging related to new and existing equipment
Present and test new physical security systems software/equipment and determine any potential improvements to our current portfolio
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma required or Bachelors Degree preferred
Strong customer service skills
Good understanding of operating systems, software, and applications with the ability to learn technology quickly
Ability to quickly research and solve problems
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
At least 18 years of age
Preferred
Up to 2 years work experience in physical access control systems and/or CCTV software or similar preferred
