New Grad, Entry LevelPrestonwood Baptist Church is seeking a Data Integrity Coordinator to ensure data is accurately and appropriately entered into their data management systems. The role involves following established procedures for data processing, entering various types of data, and generating reports for ministry use.

Responsibilities
Follow established procedures and make educated and logical decisions about appropriate processing of data
Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents in computer, using data entry device, such as keyboard or scanner
Compare data entered with source documents to detect errors
May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered
May keep records of completed work
Generate contact items, such as prayer requests
Generate reports, lists, labels, etc. as requested
Scan and attach documents to membership records
Maintain integrity of membership photos
Generate reports for ministry use
Enter weekly new members, baptisms, and decision information
Monitor Membership Services email and voicemail
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Growing relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior as an active member of a Bible believing and preaching ministry
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional keying accuracy
High school education, some college preferred
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work a Monday – Tuesday schedule with occasional Sundays and special events as needed
Able to make precise, accurate, repetitious movements of the hands and fingers to input data
Able to work at a desk with a computer screen for extended periods of time
Occasionally perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body, such as walking, stooping, pushing/pulling a cart, and lifting up to 10 pounds without assistance
