Responsibilities
Designing, developing, and testing complex systems and components across various disciplines such as aerospace, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and performance meet project specifications and customer requirements
Conducting detailed analyses, preparing technical documentation, and supporting system validation and verification activities
Participating in troubleshooting, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining compliance with industry standards and security protocols
Staying current with technological advancements and contributing innovative ideas to enhance product performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in their respective engineering discipline
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, or related technical fields
Eligibility to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
A proactive approach to project management
A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
Preferred

Prior experience in defense or aerospace industries
