Program Coordinator
Acro Service Corp is seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee local field staff and ensure compliance with study protocols. The role involves coordinating project activities, training staff, and maintaining quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Assist the Principal Investigator in executing the objectives of the project
Plan and coordinate the annual cycle
Train and supervise full-time and part-time field staff who interview approximately 200 participants
Monitor and evaluate recruitment, interviews, and medical record abstractions for quality assurance
Creates and modifies informed consents, protocols, and recruitment materials in compliance with IRB and funding agency requirements
Identifies medical and prevention materials needed for each cycle
Develop and maintain scheduling for staff for each cycle, ensuring safety and security
Maintain inventory of supplies, incentives, and equipment
Responsible for receiving, distributing, and reconciling all participant incentives
Coordinate and conduct pre-implementation and ongoing training for project staff
Develop and maintain relationships with medical facilities and community-based organizations, including collaborations for different projects or data requests
Development of protocols for field and office use
Supervise staff and ensure protocols are followed, including conducting weekly supervision
Participant in site visits, trainings, national calls, and regular conference calls
Coordinates submission of progress reports
Serve as back-up for the data manager and interviewers/abstractors
Provide overall project management
Qualification
Required
