This role involves contributing to product design and development, particularly in materials creation, while collaborating with various teams to ensure transparency and effective solutions.

Responsibilities
Support project initiatives within the Footwear team
You will partner with Product Development, Design, Engineering, Material Planning & Supply Chain to provide transparency when issues or concerns arise, and you'll collaborate on a resolution
Collaborate with team members to design and develop materials
Translate complex data into practical solutions for product development
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
Understanding of the product creation process, including transforming ideas into 3D samples
Ability to interpret, organize, and simplify complex data into actionable insights
Strong collaborative skills and comfort in interacting with various teams and individuals
Bachelor's degree is required
Understanding of various product Materials manufacturing processes required
Ability to translate lab testing results for end-use application
Ability to balance multiple competing projects and independently manage workload
Preferred
Experience in the product creation industry is preferred but not required
