Responsibilities
Lead engineering efforts related to new product development and enhancements to existing product lines
Develop mechanical designs, component layouts, and system improvements using 3D modeling software
Generate and maintain accurate engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, and product structures
Support product validation efforts, including lab testing, performance evaluation, and certification processes
Design and implement custom tools, fixtures, and equipment to improve throughput and operational efficiency
Troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related challenges in both development and production settings
Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to ensure smooth implementation of design updates
Assist in transitioning new products from prototype phase into full-scale production
Drive continuous improvement initiatives tied to process reliability and product performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline
Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD platforms (SolidWorks, Fusion, or similar systems)
Experience creating detailed mechanical drawings and assembly documentation
Working knowledge of metal fabrication, welding processes, and pneumatic systems
Hands-on mindset with comfort working directly on the production floor
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Effective written and verbal communication skills
