Responsibilities
Architect and build core platform systems in a 0→1 environment
Lead technical decisions around system design, scalability, and reliability
Develop AI-powered features and automation workflows used in production
Establish patterns for testing, observability, and maintainability
Partner closely with product to translate ambiguous problems into shipped solutions
Act as a technical leader by raising the bar for code quality and execution
Qualification
Required
Senior or Principal-level experience building and shipping production systems
Strong backend or full-stack engineering background
Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments
Experience making architectural decisions and owning systems end to end
Curiosity and enthusiasm for applied AI and automation
