Responsibilities
Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce
Build modern UI using Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura
Integrate Salesforce with cloud & on-prem systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Implement secure authentication (OAuth)
Support data migrations & Classic → Lightning upgrades
Participate in Agile Scrum (definition of done, peer reviews, sprint delivery)
Troubleshoot production issues & provide on-call support as needed
Qualification
Required
8+ years Salesforce development
Strong Apex programming (not just configuration)
Lightning Web Components (LWC) from scratch
REST/SOAP integrations
End-to-end Salesforce program experience
SDLC, version control, change management
Experience with Git or CI/CD tools
Preferred
DevOps tools (Flosum, CI/CD pipelines)
Salesforce reporting & dashboard development
Experience working in Agile teams
