Responsibilities
Build and iterate on multi‑step agentic workflows that solve real business tasks (trend synthesis, research automation, opportunity sizing)
Design prompts, task flows, and lightweight chat/UI surfaces to support user-facing experiences
Ground outputs in governed data sources and implement checks to ensure accuracy and citations
Partner cross‑functionally with engineering, IT, and commercial teams to bring pilots into scalable production
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to standards, documentation, and reusable patterns
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, or data-driven systems
Strong coding skills in Python and SQL, plus Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph)
Proven ability to take AI projects from prototype through production deployment
Strong fundamentals in API design, system integration, and building reliable workflows
