Responsibilities
Coordinate and support enterprise customer kickoff calls , including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups
Present project scope, timelines, roles, and next steps clearly during customer kickoff and status meetings
Deliver Weekly Implementation Updates for enterprise customers, providing clear status, risks, and next steps
Own day-to-day Rocketlane project coordination for enterprise implementations
Maintain accurate task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and milestones
Ensure Rocketlane is kept current to support internal visibility and customer transparency
Proactively identify risks, delays, or blockers and coordinate follow-up with the appropriate teams
Act as a coordination point for payments-related workflows across Easy Payments, Sitelink, and Edge
Track underwriting, documentation, and activation milestones to support timely payments go-lives
Partner with Implementation, Payments, and CSM teams to reduce delays and rework
Coordinate across Implementation, Payments, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and clear ownership
Leverage prior experience supporting higher-tier or enterprise customers to manage escalations and communicate effectively under pressure
Maintain project documentation, notes, and decision logs
Contribute to templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures for enterprise implementations
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in project coordination, implementation support, customer operations, or higher-tier customer support
Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to lead customer kickoff calls and present project updates clearly to both customer and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Experience using Rocketlane or similar project management tools
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred
Experience supporting complex, multi-product, or enterprise-level customers preferred
