Responsibilities
Assist the Program Manager in planning and monitoring program activities
Own end-to-end program deliverables, ensuring all outputs meet contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements. Track, manage, and report on deliverable schedules, dependencies, and completion status
Identify, facilitate, and help resolve operational issues within the program
Serve as a bridge between technical and functional teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
Handle tasks related to compliance, incident reports, and investigations oversight
Implement minor changes in systems and processes to address identified problems
Define and address problems that are not immediately evident but typically not complex, using prior experiences or standard procedures
Engage with internal contacts to obtain or provide information, requiring some explanation or interpretation to reach agreement
Contribute to achieving operational objectives within the job area, which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the department. Work on smaller, less complex projects or task-related activities under close supervision
Make minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems
Communicate with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement. Identify, define, and address problems that are not immediately evident but typically not complex, solved through drawing from prior experiences or standard procedures and basic analysis
Qualification
Required
Project management experience
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related work experience
Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
