Responsibilities
The selected candidate will develop and support Salesforce applications following Agile (Scrum) methodology
Responsibilities include solution design, development, integration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, peer reviews, and production support
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
Investigates problem areas
Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
This role will be responsible for participating in the completion of deliverables according to the definition of done for this Agile team
This position will require hands-on experience programming applications in Salesforce
The development team follows Agile (Scrum), and this role should have experience with Agile methodologies
The daily operations of this position will include documentation of the solutions, analysis, problem resolution, design, development, communication with other team members and participation in solution delivery, and other responsibilities required for the unit operations
Supports applications in multiple environments with coding testing, peer reviews, documentation, defect root cause analysis, and troubleshooting as required
Available for on-call support as needed

Salesforce development – Apex, Visualforce, Apex Triggers
Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura Components
Salesforce configurations (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
End-to-end Salesforce implementations (Classic to Lightning upgrades, integrations, migrations, 3rd-party apps)
SDLC processes, coding standards, version control, change management
OAuth authentication protocols
REST & SOAP APIs, JSON & XML
Integration with cloud & on-prem systems
HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery
Preferred
DevOps tools (CI/CD, Flosum, Git)
Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
Agile/Scrum experience
