Responsibilities
Develops, implements, and controls contractual, financial, and technical aspects of a project/program through designated phases of the acquisition cycle for which no closely related precedents exist
Plans, organizes, directs, and coordinates activities of functional specialist including contracting, engineering, manufacturing, program control, configuration/data management, test, and logistics

Understanding of rules and guidelines for managing acquisition programs and keeping sensitive information safe
Ability to organize and oversee important parts of developing and producing equipment, and managing different tasks and people involved in the process
Knowledge of how businesses operate, including contracts and technical details, to review contractor proposals and work
Ten (10)+ years of experience working in Special Access Programs systems acq
