Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end setup of released products in D365, including the assignment of unique part numbers and technical attributes
Build and manage multi-level Bills of Materials; perform BOM versioning and certification to ensure production readiness and costing accuracy
Create and maintain manufacturing routes in D-365 for all areas of the business
Enter and maintain commodity codes to ensure accurate customs identification and duty calculations
Author and maintain technical documentation for new product launches, including work Instructions, process flow charts, and PFMEA/DFMEA reports
Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize D365 workflows for better data integrity across the NPI lifecycle
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
two-year technical degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred
1 - 2 years in a technical administrative or engineering support role within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience using ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing structures, including sub-assemblies, BOMs, and routing links
High accuracy in managing complex datasets and regulatory codes (Commodity codes)
Familiarity with Power BI for data validation and reporting
Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality documentation standards
Strong planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task and deal with a varied workload
