The role involves designing, developing, integrating, and testing embedded software, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded software features from requirements through deployment

Embedded development in C/C++ (Linux environment), with Python used for tooling/automation

Troubleshooting, triage, and issue resolution in a fast-moving product environment

Validation plan development and execution (feature-level + system-level testing)

Cross-functional collaboration with machine, systems, software, and validation teams

Working with datalinks/communications (ex: CAN, Ethernet)

Using core dev tools: Git, debuggers, compilers, and test suites (C test / GTest)
