Application Support Engineer

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day application support and customer-reported issues
Own support tickets from intake to resolution
Investigate issues by reviewing application behavior, code, and data
Identify required database or application changes to resolve requests
Write and execute small code updates or scripts
Communicate clearly with customers on issue status and resolution
Document resolutions and maintain run tickets
Identify repeat issues and help drive basic automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience in application or production support
Basic understanding of programming concepts
Experience with Python and Java
Ability to read and understand existing code and make small changes
Database experience (any database), including basic querying or data updates
Experience working with ticketing systems
Strong communication skills with customers
Preferred
AWS experience is a plus, but not required
