Responsibilities

Design holistic ServiceNow solution architectures spanning process, data, integrations, security, and UX
Lead solution design across modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM
Translate business objectives into scalable, robust target architectures
Partner with Platform Architects and Technical Consultants on integration patterns, data models, and security controls
Support presales activities: solution definition, RFP responses, executive presentations, and scoping
Provide architectural oversight and governance through delivery, UAT, and go-live

Required

CSA
CAD
2x CIS (any streams)
Advanced domain certification (e.g., ITOM Pro)
CTA or CMA
8+ years in ServiceNow solution architecture or enterprise consulting
Strong cross-domain ServiceNow expertise with integrations
Deep understanding of ITIL v4 and enterprise workflow design
Experience leading large, multi-domain global ServiceNow programs

Preferred

ITIL v4 (Foundation or higher)
ServiceNow micro-certifications (Integration Hub, Flow Designer, Performance Analytics)
Cloud/EA certifications (AWS/Azure, TOGAF, IT4IT)
