Responsibilities
Provide technical, operational, and domain expertise in support of competitive proposal efforts across federal, defense, and/or commercial solicitations
Partner closely with capture managers, proposal managers, and solution architects to shape compliant, compelling, and differentiated proposal content aligned with customer requirements and evaluation criteria
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that demonstrate understanding of the customer’s mission, risks, and desired outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical, engineering, or business discipline (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 20 years of experience supporting proposal development or technical performance for government or large commercial contracts
Demonstrated experience serving as an SME on complex proposals
Must qualify as a U.S. person under the ITAR and the EAR, or a person to be approved for an export license by the governing agency
Current U.S. Citizenship may be required due to contract requirements
