Responsibilities
Contribute to developing scalable, cloud-based solutions as part of the Service Assignment for Reps (SAR) team
Developing and enhancing technology solutions supporting a robust business agenda leveraging automation and vendor integrations as part of our Claims Triage & Automation (CTA) program
Work with modern technologies, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies in a collaborative Scrum environment
Participation in the on-call support rotation is required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Completion of a technical training program and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Participation in the on-call support rotation is required
Preferred
Experience designing and developing software using object-oriented programming
Experience working with modern front-end frameworks like Angular (Version 14 or higher)
Practical knowledge and experience with Cloud Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Familiarity with Splunk for system monitoring
Experience with Azure CI/CD pipelines
