Responsibilities
As a Principal Solution Engineer, you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Solution Engineers
Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions
Develops productivity tools and training for other Solution Engineers
Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations
Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process
Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions
Qualification
Required
5 + years minimum experience in SCM domain and Healthcare industry
Knowledge of Oracle Applications (e.g., SCM Cloud, Agile, EBS, JDE)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independent with short time lines
Experience with Cloud architecture and AI
You are located in the Western United States and are able to travel
Preferred
Previous (Pre-Sales) demonstration experience
CPIM or related professional certifications is a plus

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
