Responsibilities
Supporting testing and certification of networking switches
Initial 1-2 months focused on switch certification (D-Link, Arris, Ruckus)
Post-certification phase: Network Administration & Engineering responsibilities
Wireless access point and controller management
Build and configure network test environments
Certify Switches, Gateways, Routers, Access Points, and other network devices as needed
Conduct End-to-End Certification of network solutions using combinations of systems and devices
Document Test Environment as Built and Test Results
Create Design documentation as needed using tools such as Lucid or Visio
Assist team as needed with various network projects
Qualification
Required
Experience testing modems (no specific ISP required)
Strong Wi-Fi experience mandatory (Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 will prefer)
Ability to manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi networks
Initial focus on Wifi troubleshooting after that may be assign for Architecture / Design
Preferred
Cable ISP network technologies: DOCSIS
Cable ISP network technologies: EPON
