InfoStride is seeking an experienced Commercial Data Architect to manage and scale day-to-day commercial data operations across multiple therapeutic areas. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring high-quality, reliable, and scalable commercial data that supports sales operations, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Own and manage day-to-day commercial data operations, including data refreshes, validation, monitoring, and issue resolution
Coordinate with external vendors (data aggregation, data warehouse, reporting/analytics) to ensure accurate and timely data delivery
Identify, triage, and resolve data quality and integration issues (L2/L3 escalation support)
Serve as the primary Commercial IT contact for data-related incidents, inquiries, and enhancement requests
Manage and prioritize data enhancement backlog, translating business requirements into technical specifications
Partner with Commercial application teams (Customer & Payer MDM, Commercial Data Warehouse, Veeva CRM, Align, Patient CRM) to ensure data alignment
Monitor downstream reporting impacts and proactively address inconsistencies or data gaps
Ensure compliance with validation requirements and IT governance standards
Document data flows, dependencies, and operational processes to support scalability and long-term sustainability
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives within the commercial data ecosystem

Required

5+ years of hands-on experience supporting pharmaceutical or biotech commercial data platforms
Strong experience with commercial data aggregation (Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distributor, Hub data)
Experience with Master Data Management (Customer and Payer MDM – e.g., Reltio)
Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in AWS-based data platforms (Redshift)
Experience working with Veeva CRM and commercial reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI)
Proven ability to independently manage data operations and coordinate multiple vendors
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

Experience supporting product launch readiness or scaling data for new affiliates
Background in Commercial IT consulting or contractor roles
Experience with ServiceNow or similar incident/change management tools
Knowledge of IT governance and validation processes
