Program Manager – CMS Marketing

Responsibilities
Manage the intake process for CMS marketing requests from Sales, Product, PR, and external agencies, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
Support the content calendar, copywriting, publishing, and reporting of CMS’s LinkedIn page
Maintain workback schedules and track progress on key deliverables, including campaign milestones and performance metrics
Coordinate across creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives
Track cross-functional campaign and product launch timelines alongside the Ad Product GTM team, providing regular updates and insights
Assist with documentation, file management, and team-wide status updates, ensuring transparency and accountability
Provide day-to-day support to the ED, Marketing and VP, Marketing Strategy, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making
Assessing workflows and provide recommendations for future improvements, leveraging data-driven insights
Support the Executive Director and VP with agency management and project management
Supporting Executive Director and VP with budgeting requests, approvals, and reporting
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or agency operations
Experience managing creative or campaign workflows in a cross-functional team, with a focus on achieving strategic objectives
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Clear communicator and natural collaborator, able to liaise across teams and levels, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, etc.), with a preference for tools currently used by the team
Interest in media, advertising, and product marketing, with knowledge or experience in these areas considered a plus
