Responsibilities
Lead ServiceNow module build, technical reviews, and coding/guardrail compliance
Design integrations (IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth/SAML)
Build scalable, secure, upgrade-safe solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices
Review designs/code and mentor team on scripting, scoped apps, and security (ACL/RBAC)
Own performance, resilience, monitoring/logging, upgrades, and defect RCA
Develop using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, UI Builder/Service Portal
Support data migration using Import Sets & Transform Maps
Qualification

CSA
CAD
2x CIS (ITSM / Discovery / Service Mapping / CSM / HRSD / HAM / SAM Pro / SecOps / IRM)
Advanced domain cert (e.g., ITOM Pro / HRSD Pro)
Strong hands-on ServiceNow development & delivery experience
Expertise in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Glide/JavaScript
Strong integrations knowledge (REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth/SAML)
Knowledge of ATF, Update Sets, upgrades, and release best practices
Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication skills
Preferred
ITIL v4
ServiceNow micro-certifications
AWS/Azure/TOGAF/IT4IT
