The IT Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting a wide range of IT-related issues for end-users across the Universal Family of Companies.

Responsibilities
Manage routine IT ticket queues and provide in-person, phone, and chat support to end-users
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
Manage hardware with RMM and MDM tools
Troubleshoot Office 365 applications and workflows
Provide support for property management software
Create and maintain knowledge base articles
Stay up to date with advancements in technology and industry best practices
Other responsibilities and projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in information technology, computer, engineering, or related field, OR relevant experience
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly analytical mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred
IT Certification (A+, Network +, etc.)
Property management experience
Experience working with third-party consultants
