In this role, you will support the project team by managing documents, tracking project details, and coordinating logistics on active construction jobsites.

Responsibilities
Keeping project documents organized and up to date
Helping collect electronic paperwork from subcontractors and vendors
Preparing and submitting billing packages (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
Tracking payments and making sure all the forms are where they need to be
Supporting daily jobsite operations like ordering supplies and coordinating deliveries
Managing project setup, permits, and closeout documentation
Jumping in wherever needed to keep things on track
Qualification
Required
You have 3+ years of experience in an admin, coordinator, or office support role (not necessarily in construction!)
You love creating order out of chaos and can juggle multiple tasks with grace
You're a natural communicator who's comfortable talking to all types of people
You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
You're tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
You're excited to learn about construction and grow with a company that invests in its people
