Responsibilities
Own and drive execution of complex, cross-functional technical initiatives tied directly to company OKRs
Translate business requirements into clearly defined technical programs
Ensure every request from business stakeholders aligns with company objectives and measurable outcomes
Make decisions on prioritization and tradeoffs in partnership with Engineering and business leaders
Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering teams
Handle negotiation tradeoffs between scope, timelines, and impact
Proactively identify risks and remove blockers
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or equivalent strategic technical role
Strong technical fluency (not required to be an engineer) with the ability to understand systems architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies
Demonstrated experience translating complex systems into business-friendly language
Proven experience driving programs tied to OKRs and measurable business outcomes
Strong prioritization and decision-making skills with the ability to operate autonomously
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Experience aligning and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
Track record of delivering complex initiatives on time
Hands-on experience using Jira and other project management tools (e.g., Monday, Linear, Miro or similar) to manage cross-functional delivery at scale
Experience structuring backlogs, defining epics and milestones, and creating executive-ready reporting dashboards
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, health tech, virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations
Experience working in fast-growing, or globally distributed teams
