Responsibilities
Consolidateand integrate data from multiple systems including ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and external databases
Cleanse,validate, and transform raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability
Build scalable data models that improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes
Monitor and analyze margin performance across: SKU-level profitability, Customer account performance, Manufacturing and distribution sites, Market segments, Product groups and portfolio mix
Conduct detailed Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis to identify key drivers of revenue and margin changes
Perform variance analysis and uncover revenueand margin improvement opportunities
Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations tracking KPIs such as: Revenue growth, Sales order trends and flash reporting, Margin contribution and mix shifts
Deliver weekly and monthly executive performance reports, highlighting trends, risks, and key movements
Translate complex analytics into clear, executive-level insights for leadership decision-making
Support both top-down and bottom-up forecasting models
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and revenue predictability
Provide analytical support for pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and long-term planning
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Marketing to align reporting and analytics with businessobjectives
Act as a data-driven advisor, delivering insights that influence commercial strategy and operational performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, sales analytics, or FP&A
Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
Solid understanding of margin analysis, forecasting, and Price-Volume-Mix (PVM)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems; manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
